17 SoCal companies make list for top paying

CALIFORNIA – U.S. News and World Report published a report on the Best Companies to Work for 2024 – 2025. They found that in California, out of the 84 that made the list, 17 SoCal companies had top quality of pay.

To determine the best companies U.S. News used some universally desired factors that can contribute to a good workplace, such as quality pay, good work/life balance, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.

According to a Ipsos poll, 93% of working Americans consider salary to be the most important factor when deciding whether to take a job.

In-N-Out Burger, Stater Bros and Smile Brands made the list for both high paying and top work environments.
