Victorville Sings competition holding auditions June 4

VICTORVILLE – The City of Victorville is holding auditions, June 4, for its 5th annual Victorville Sings competition.

Youth ages seven to 17 are invited to audition for a chance to compete for the winning title and prizes during the city’s Concerts in the Park Series in June and July.  

Last summer, Leilani Salgado took home first place in the singing competition.

Audition information

Auditions will be held on June 4 at 5 p.m. at the Cultural Arts Center of the High Desert located at 15615 8th St. in Victorville.

The contest is limited to solo vocal entertainers. No duets or groups.

Judges will score on vocal presentation, wardrobe presentation, choreography and entertainment ability, as well as overall performance.

The top 15 finalists will perform at the Concerts in the Park series in June.

Champion will be crowned at Concerts in the Park 

During the summer concerts, audience members will TXT2VOTE for their favorite Victorville Sings contestants. Finalists will be selected from each of the concerts on June 20, June 27, and July 11. 

The 2025 Victorville Sings Champion will be crowned at the final concert, July 18. 

Contestants can register by May 30 for a discounted rate of $10.  After May 30, the price will increase to $15.
