SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY – Victorville and Apple Valley are hosting summer concerts in the park series, starting in June, for free, family-oriented entertainment.
Apple Valley
Apple Valley invites the community to dance the night away to live entertainment at the Civic Center Park. Concerts take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The town advises residents to bring a blanket or chair for lawn seating, but to leave all pets at home.
The entertainment schedule for the summer is:
June 6 – American Made Band
June 13 – Smokin’ Cobras
June 20 – Phat Cat Swinger
June 27 – Funky Hippeez
July 11 – Kings of 88′
July 18 – Pop Vision; Twist on Taylor
July 25 – B OK Band
Food vendors will be available.
Civic Center Park is located at 14999 Dale Evans Parkway in Apple Valley.

Victorville
Victorville says its concerts in the park series will feature a variety of bands and Victorville Sings contestants at Hook Park on select Fridays in June and July.
The city says Silver Lining, known for their dynamic lead vocals, exceptional 3-part harmonies, and creative arrangements will kick off the four-week series on June 21 at 6 p.m.
The complete line-up for the summer is:
June 21 – Silver Lining (Country)
June 28 – Tania Y Su Nueva Era (Latin)
July 12 – Acme Time Machine (Oldies)
July 19 – Southbound & Co. (Classic Rock)
The event will also include an arts and craft station, KidsZone, and food vendors.
During the concerts, residents will get a chance to TXT2VOTE to select a favorite Victorville Sings contestants. Finalists will be selected from the first three concerts, and the champion will be crowned at the final concert on July 19.
The city advises families to arrive early to reserve lawn seating that is first come, first serve.
All concerts start at 6 p.m. and will be held at Hook Park located at 14973 Joshua St. in Victorville.
