San Bernardino County Regional Parks hosting lifeguard & pool manager hiring event

San Bernardino County Regional Parks is recruiting lifeguards and pool managers for the 2026 summer swim season. It is hosting an in-person hiring event on March 21 to meet applicants and conduct interviews.

From Memorial Day through Labor Day, San Bernardino County Regional Parks opens its swim complexes at Glen Helen and Yucaipa Regional Parks.

Applicants must have current Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications valid through September 2026. All certification requirements must be met prior to the first day of work.

Reimbursements for certification may be available. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, and preferred work locations will depend on staffing needs.

Pay and Job Details

  • Lifeguard: $18–$21 per hour
  • Pool Manager: $23–$26 per hour

Lifeguard and pool manager roles offer seasonal work with leadership and safety training opportunities.

The event will take place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 21, at the Regional Parks Administrative Building, located at 268 W. Hospitality Lane in San Bernardino.
