SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY – San Bernardino County residents can report issues like potholes, traffic signal outage or utility line damage through the SeeClickFix App. The app, available both on the Google Play store and the Apple App store, allows citizens to take photos of repair requests and send them to the San Bernardino County Public Works through their smartphone.

A case study for New Haven, Connecticut found that the city’s 2008 integration of the SeeClickFix App resulted in an improved response time to citizen complaints. Citizens, neighborhood groups, and local media outlets utilized SeeClickFix as a community advocacy tool. The app allowed New Haven to quickly respond to the growing number of resident concerns while utilizing fewer man hours.

The free mobile app and web tools, allows citizens to provide San Bernardino County Public Works and Special Districts officials with pictures, videos, specific descriptions, and more.
