ADELANTO – Young football and softball players worked on their speed, skill and technique, Saturday, at the Adelanto Stadium. Eat Yo Hart Out’s 2nd Annual Youth Sports Performance Camp brought professional athletes, trainers and young athletes together for a morning of learning, encouragement and fun.

“What makes this youth sports performance camp very unique is all sports are welcomed,” said Eat Yo Hart Out Owner TJ Hart. “It creates opportunities to build social cohesion and physical development among our youth in this community.”

The morning started off with the kids doing warm-up sprints before breaking off into groups for their chosen sport. There were plenty of coaches on the field including NFL alumni Bryant Jones and Anthony Ezeakunne.
