APPLE VALLEY — The Town of Apple Valley announced that Raising Cane’s, a fast-growing chicken tender chain, is scheduled to open its newest restaurant on January 21 in the Apple Bear Shopping Center.

The restaurant will be located at 19399 Bear Valley Road, adjacent to newly developed retail including Sprouts Farmers Market and Mister Car Wash.

It will be the fourth Raising Cane’s location in the High Desert, following openings in Barstow, Hesperia, and Victorville.

Known for its signature chicken finger meals, crinkle fries, Texas toast, coleslaw and Cane’s Sauce, the Apple Valley location will feature both indoor dining and a double-lane drive-through for convenient service.

The grand opening celebration will begin at 9 a.m. on January 21.

The new restaurant is part of a larger wave of development in Apple Valley, which is expecting additional retail options through 2026, including Hobby Lobby, Five Below, Ulta, and Bath & Body Works as part of the area’s continued growth.

Raising Cane’s has been rapidly expanding in Southern California and nationwide, with dozens of new locations opening across multiple states.
