VICTORVILLE – The City of Victorville announced on July 24 the launch of its new customer service app, Victorville NOW.

The app lets residents quickly report non-emergency issues like potholes, graffiti, and streetlight outages from their phones.

To report an issue, community members snap a photo, describe the concern, and send a request from their current location. The app geo-locates users or lets them enter the service address manually.

The app offers a list of common concerns for quick reporting. If preferred, reports can be submitted without photos.

Requests are routed to the appropriate Victorville department, and users can track progress and get confirmation when resolved.

Download the app

Community members can download the Victorville NOW app for free from the Apple App Store for iPhone or the Google Play Store for Android devices.

Individuals without a mobile device can continue to submit service requests on the City of Victorville website at vv.city/reportaproblem or by calling (760) 955-5000.

The new app is part of Victorville’s plan to improve communication with residents.

Victorville NOW should be used to report non-emergency issues. Emergencies should be reported by calling 911.
