ADELANTO – The City of Adelanto announced, July 10, progress on Phase 1 of the Adelanto Town Center development.

Spearheaded by Lewis Retail Centers, this new commercial hub is located at the intersection of Highway 395 and Mojave Drive — a key gateway, according to the city.

Construction is underway on a new McDonald’s, Starbucks and car wash, joining the existing Poppy gas station to anchor Phase 1.

The city says these projects will boost the economy and benefit residents and travelers.

“The Town Center represents a significant step forward in Adelanto’s long-term vision for smart, sustainable development along one of our city’s most vital corridors,” they said in a statement.
