VICTORVILLE – Nightfood Holdings, an acquisition and development company, announced April 8, that it has entered into a letter of intent (LOI) to acquire the 155-room Holiday Inn Victorville located at 15494 Palmdale Road for $41 million.
The company plans to use the site as a showcase for its robotics services and new way of managing hotel properties.
According to Nightfood, the property is currently undergoing a major renovation, including the addition of a new state-of-the-art fitness center, to qualify for Courtyard by Marriott rebranding.
Robots will help reduce operating costs
The Victorville property already utilizes Skytech robotic technologies to reduce operating costs and improve profitability.
Studies suggest that by the 2030s, approximately 25% of hospitality jobs in the U.S. could be automated due to AI and robotics integration.
Skytech, best known for its Laundry Helper robot, has been deployed across a growing number of hotel properties. The automated solutions company also offers a concierge robot for hot and cold food delivery, and a sweeper coming soon.
Along with the Victorville hotel, Nightfood also bought Skytech and CarryoutSupplies.com, part of its plan to spend $40 million on acquisitions.
Victorville hotel projected to realize a 25 – 40% revenue increase

After deducting a $10 million mortgage, the net price of $31 million will be paid in Series C Convertible Preferred Stock through a share exchange.
The deal also includes a $5 million bonus in Series C Preferred Shares if two milestones are met – opening the new gym with 50 members and operating at least 30 days as a Courtyard by Marriott.
The company said the Victorville hotel is projected to realize a 25–40% revenue increase following the upgrades and franchise conversion.
