Lil Sassy Hair Extensions: Celebrating Motherhood!

Published on

VICTORVILLE — Hair extensions, lingerie and loungey outfits were some of the items up for grabs, at Lil Sassy Hair Extension, during a special Mother’s Day shopping spree. The shop partnered with Fathers in Hip Hop to help mothers celebrate in style.

“The Mother’s Day shopping spree was important because we’re helping mothers that need to be appreciated — they’re taking care of their kids,” said Lil Sassy Hair Extension Owner Jessica Collins.

“I Just wanted to show them some love and give them a good blessing that they needed for Mother’s Day.”

Along with Fathers in Hip Hop Founder Justified Smith, Collins provided three lucky ladies with $100 to spend in the shop.

Collins says her own motherhood goals motivated her to start her hair extension business.

“I was a single mom with my three kids, working in the pharmacy and I just wanted to be at home with my kids more,” said Collins. “So I started selling hair and it’s just been a good thing for me to spend more time with my kids.”

June 1st will be the one year anniversary for Collins in the Victorville Galleria — in her own suite.

Lil Sassy Hair Extension will have a booth at the upcoming HD Where Ya At Business Expo, June 26th, at the Adelanto Stadium. Hair, Ethika outfit pieces and onesies will be available for purchase.

Lil Sassy Hair Extension is located at Victorville Galleria, 14560 Palmdale Road, Suite 28, Victorville, CA 92392.  Store hours are Wednesday to Monday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
