Doris Davies scholarship applications due Feb. 23 for Victorville high school seniors

VICTORVILLE – High school seniors who reside in Victorville still have time to apply for the Doris Davies Scholarship Program before the Feb. 23 deadline.

Information about the scholarship has been distributed to high schools throughout the City of Victorville. Students interested in applying are encouraged to contact their guidance counselors for application details.

The scholarship is open to any high school senior living in Victorville. Upon request, guidance counselors will provide a basic application form requiring information such as the student’s name, address, GPA, hobbies, graduation date and SAT scores.

Applicants must also submit a one-page essay explaining why they believe they deserve the scholarship.
