Lane closures on Village Drive in Victorville July 14-24

CALIFORNIA – The City of Victorville announced that road repairs to Village Drive will begin July 14.

One lane in each direction of Village Drive will be closed between Clovis Street and Vasquez Avenue for road repairs.  

Closures will be in effect from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday the week of July 14 and the week of July 21.

In addition, closures will be in place at the intersections of Village Drive and Clovis Street on both sides of Village Drive, so no traffic from Clovis Street will be permitted onto Village Drive.

Also, no traffic will be permitted from Village Drive onto Clovis Street during work hours.

The city said detours will be in place and delays are expected.  

“Motorists are asked to obey all traffic devices and posted signs and to use extreme caution,” said the city in a statement.

Alternate routes are encouraged.
