Apple Valley deputies seek public’s help to locate missing man

APPLE VALLEY – Deputies in Apple Valley issued an advisory June 3 seeking information on Samuel Waldrop, a 62-year-old Black man from Victorville.

On June 2, 2025, at approximately 12:35 p.m., Samuel Waldrop walked out of St. Mary’s Hospital, in Apple Valley, in an unknown direction. Samuel has yet to return home and has not been heard from.

Samuel is 5’8” tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has grey hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about Samuel’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Apple Valley station at (760) 240-7400 or Sheriff’s Dispatch at (760) 956-5001.
