In-N-Out president leaving California for Tennessee with family

CALIFORNIA – In-N-Out president and CEO Lynsi Snyder said on the July 18 episode of Allie Beth Stuckey’s ‘Relatable’ podcast that she’s moving her family to Tennessee, where the company plans to open an office.

“There’s alot of great things about California, but raising a family is not easy here. Doing business is not easy here,” said Snyder.

In February, In-N-Out announced it would close its Irvine office and consolidate West Coast operations in Baldwin Park, where the company was founded in 1948.

In-N-Out plans to open a regional office in Franklin, Tennessee to support its Southeast expansion. Most Irvine employees will either move to Baldwin Park or relocate to Tennessee.

Newsom’s office responds to claim made on X

Governor Gavin Newsom’s office responded to Richard Grenell’s X post stating Newsom and his “Democrat friends in Sacramento have now chased the iconic In-n-Out company out of California.”

“For those interested in the facts, rather than fiction, In-N-Out is expanding East — creating a second HQ in Tennessee,” posted Newsom’s office on X.

Snyder said the company plans to close the Irvine office by 2030, while the bulk of the company’s stores will remain in the Golden State.
