
CALIFORNIA – Between June 23 and June 27, 2025, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department conducted Operation Disrupt the Demand to rescue sex trafficking victims, arrest traffickers, and target buyers.
Over the week, investigators arrested 28 for solicitation, one for soliciting a minor, and three for pimping/pandering. Investigators also rescued three trafficking victims and provided them with support services.
The Sheriff’s Department said it aims to disrupt sex trafficking in San Bernardino County by aggressively targeting those who exploit vulnerable victims.
Human trafficking investigators work to reduce sex trafficking by arresting buyers and rescuing victims through proactive operations.
Sheriff’s Human Trafficking Investigators led the county-wide operation with help from the San Bernardino Police, CHP, County Probation, the FBI, along with local victim advocates.
