Spirit Halloween hiring over 50,000 nationwide – lists over 1,600 seasonal positions in California

CALIFORNIA – Spirit Halloween announced on June 25 that it is hiring 50,000 seasonal workers – including over 1,600 positions in California, for the upcoming Halloween season.

“With the anticipation for Halloween at an all-time high, we are committed to creating the same immersive experience that keeps our fans coming back year after year,” said Spirit Halloween CEO Steven Silverstein. 

Silverstein adds they look forward to welcoming new and returning faces for another killer season.

The 50,000 positions available will support more than 1,500 retail locations expected to open in 2025. 

Salaries range from $16.50 – $18.20 per hour for Sales Associates

Spirit Halloween treats associates to frightfully fun perks, including competitive salaries, flexible scheduling, a premium pay incentive program, and seasonal retention bonuses for returning store managers. 

Salaries range from $16.50 – $18.20 per hour for Sales Associates depending on location and up to $1,345 per week for Returning District Sales Managers in California.

Sales Associate applicants must be at least 16.

To keep the tricks and treats alive after-hours, all associates also receive a 30% discount on Spirit Halloween purchases.
