Solar energy company looking to lease land

E2Sol, an efficient energy solutions company, is looking for 3-4 acres of land to be leased in areas connected to Pacific Gas and Electric utilities for a commercial solar plant. The land lease will be for 15 years and expected to produce $800 to $1,200 per acre annually.
